The Goji

His name was given in 1974 by the doctor and Tibetan botanical researcher Bradley Dobos. Since the name Goji has continued to gain popularity. It is a small fruit red, near a small elongated cherry. It is a fruit with a slightly sweet taste and a little acid. Goji is most often consumed in dried form, and has been for millennia Tibet to China.


Why is Goji so rich ?

It seems that the hostile climate of the mountains of the Himalayas, on which are traditionally grown Goji berries, is responsible for the unique properties of this amazing fruit.
